On February 5, Resolution 54/2021 of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security was published in the Official Gazette, ordering that Law 27,555 referred to the "Legal Regime of the Teleworking Contract", will enter into force on April 1, 2021.
In this regard, the Teleworking Law, Number 27,555 was published in the Official Gazette on August 14, 2020 and was regulated on January 20, 2021 by Decree 27/2021.
