Valérie Descôteaux is a Lawyer whose practice on the Loranger Marcoux team deals with issues relating to all aspects of employment law, labor relations and occupational health and safety. Her fields of expertise include labour standards, occupational health and safety prevention and occupational injuries, management of labor disputes, psychological and sexual harassment, human resources management consulting, and human rights and freedoms.
Valérie is called upon to give various training courses in the management of disability cases and occupational injuries. During the Covid- 19 pandemic , she gave lectures on the management of vaccination at work. Valérie is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal.
