Béatrice is a Lawyer with Loranger Marcoux LLP. Her background in management, followed by her legal training, allows her to approach cases with a practical understanding of organizational realities and to support employers in making informed decisions tailored to their specific context.
Since 2021, Béatrice has been advising on matters relating to all aspects of employment law, including both collective and individual labour relations, as well as human resources management. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at University of Montreal. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal, which enabled her to obtain the CRHA designation.
