Bridget represents employers in responding to and handling charges of employment discrimination. She also has experience litigating age, sex, race, national origin, disability and retaliation claims. Ms. Romero has achieved favorable settlements at an early stage in the litigation process as well as served as a trial attorney in federal court jury trials resulting in defense verdicts. She also counsels business clients regarding various matters including employment agreements, drug testing policies, and unemployment claims.

In the immigration field, Bridget assists national and regional employers with immigrant and non-immigrant matters concerning executives, managers, professionals, and skilled workers from abroad. On behalf of her employer clients, Ms. Romero has filed and received approvals on numerous H-1B petitions. She also has experience advising health care clients on the employment of foreign national physicians. Finally, Bridget is well-versed in the areas of employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 Compliance, E-Verify) and employment authorization under the immigration laws, and regularly counsels clients on these topics.
