Ken Robinson is a partner in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions Group, where he focuses his practice on representing employers and individuals in complex immigration matters. Ken has extensive experience helping clients resolve employment and family-based immigration issues relating to H, L, E, TN, O, P visas, green cards, foreign investment and employer compliance. His client base includes individuals, Fortune 100 companies, universities, engineering firms, architecture and IT-related firms, hospitals, athletes and professional sports franchises.
Ken frequently publishes articles on the topic of immigration law and regularly speaks at local and state bar associations. He also co-authored the book, “Genocide in Cambodia: Documents from the Trial of Pol Pot and Ieng Sary,” published by the University of Pennsylvania Press in 2000.
In addition to his immigration law practice, Ken is a professional sports agent and has experience representing athletes at all stages of their careers. As a National Hockey League Players' Association Player Representative, he helps his players navigate a wide variety of business and legal matters.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Ken served as a partner and chair of the Immigration Practice Group at a national law firm. He has also served as Special Counsel to the State of Ohio on immigration matters, and has appeared in the Best Lawyers Consumer Guide. Additionally, he was recognized as a Rising Star in Immigration Law (2004-2012) by Ohio Super Lawyers.
