Sep 07, 2022 Amendment to the Angolan General Labor Law After more than 7 years in force, the Angolan National Assembly is currently finalizing the process for the full amendment of the General Labor Law approved by Law no. 7/15, of 15 June 2015. The proposed changes will be quite relevant, notably regarding remuneration standards and on the hiring and termination of employees. The intention is to have more employee-friendly rules, nonetheless there is a heated debate on some proposed amendments and their potential implications in the labor market. T
