Jayr’s practice is focused in the areas of labour and employment and dispute resolution.

In dispute resolution, he represents clients in domestic litigation as well as in local and international arbitrations. As regards his labour and employment practice, Jayr advises clients, predominantly employers, on contentious and non-contentious matters encompassing collective agreements, union issues, labour relations and dismissals.   

Jayr was a member of the Luanda Provincial Council of the Angolan Bar Association 2009 to 2012 and has been a member of the National Council and an Officer of the Angolan Bar Association since 2012. 

He is currently an Officer of the Angolan Bar.
