An associate practicing in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, Jaycee Simon assists clients with matters in the Labor & Employment and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups.
Jaycee exclusively represents management in employment related matters such as harassment and discrimination claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), whistleblower claims, negligent hiring supervision and retention and retaliatory discharge. Jaycee also practices business immigration including I-9 compliance and drafting employer-sponsored nonimmigrant petitions.
Jaycee also serves as General Counsel of the Board of the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society, and she is a Program Committee Member for Remerge, an organization dedicated to offering support and programming to formerly incarcerated mothers.
She graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Merit Scholar and was inducted into the Order of Barristers.
