Nina Neumaier is an associate with CERHA HEMPEL. She is part of the firm's labour and employment law practice and a dedicated specialist in all areas of employment and anti-discrimination law. She regularly advises clients on working time issues, employee representative matters (including shop agreements) and in restructuring and transaction processes. Further, she supports clients in defending cases of employment termination challenges as well as in discrimination and (sexual) harassment claims.
Nina is a member of the Vienna Bar Association and has published numerous articles on various employment law issues (e.g. whistleblowing, working time, employment law aspects of climate change and energy crises).
