Since heading the legal team advising Kofola Group in connection with the acquisition of Radenska, Matjaž has been involved in various roles in most high profile privatization (including advising Slovenian Sovereign Holding in connection with the attempted privatization of Telekom Slovenije, and successful privatizations of Nova KBM and Nova LB) and M&A transactions in Slovenian market (including advising Palladio Holding in connection with the acquisition of Cimos Group and advising KD Group in connection with the €250 million sale of Adriatic Slovenica). In labor law matters, Matjaž provides strategic advice in connection with various corporate reorganizations and is representing clients in negotiations with trade unions.
