Sanna Honkinen advises domestic and international clients in a wide range of business sectors in various employment law matters. Her practice covers employment counselling and the employment law aspects of corporate transactions. Her main expertise is in labour restructuring, planning and carrying out co-operation procedures, situations relating to termination of employment and employment law issues deriving from corporate transactions and outsourcing. Ms Honkinen also regularly lectures and provides training to companies, organisations and law students in employment law matters. Together with her legal degree, she holds an M.Soc.Sc degree in the field of communications. Having worked previously as an information officer in various organisational change situations, Ms Honkinen has a particular interest in corporate reorganisations and change situations involving restructuring of labour. She speaks Finnish, English and Portuguese.
