Appearing as a witness in an employment tribunal hearing is named as one of the most daunting experiences of working life, whether you are a manager or HR professional. A combination of the pressure to do well – or at least not lose the case – and adopting an unfamiliar role can take you out of your comfort zone.

In this webinar, employment lawyers Brian Campbell and Craig Asbury looked at the practice of giving evidence in the employment tribunal. They discussed the key attributes that the tribunal looks for in a witness and provide tips on giving evidence effectively, whilst handling some of the more common pitfalls and challenges.
