Josh Baumgart  is an Associate at Boyce Law Firm.  His practice areas is based primarily in the general ligation section, where he has assisted in workers’ compensation disputes, employment law, and health care law.  He also has worked in in family law disputes, criminal law, and administrative law matters.  Josh had the opportunity to work as a Summer Associate at Boyce Law Firm and after graduation, accepted a position as a Law Clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. While working as a clerk he assisted 12 different judges in the circuit by drafting legal opinions and  memorandums.  He strives to achieve the most positive outcome possible for clients while also creating lasting relationships.
