Adolfo has 16 years of experience in labour law, specializing in staff management, everything related to the recruitment process, development and negotiation of employment contracts, and termination and dismissal procedures. He also provides direct counseling in every stage of the employer-employee relationship and has particular expertise in migratory process and work permits, as well as administrative labour proceedings.
Adolfo has been counselor in the Human Resources departments of renowned companies such as Citi Bank, Walmart, Unilever, and UPS, among others. He currently is a member of the Labour Committee of the Honduran Counsel of Private Companies (Consejo Hondureño de la Empresa Privada) and is serving as COHEP's legal counsel. He also has been a professor at the Universidad National Autónoma de Honduras for 14 years.
Adolfo is a former member of the Nominating Board of the Supreme Court of Justice for the election of the candidates for magistrates for the 2016-2023 period. He studied in the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras and has a master’s degree in Business Law from the Universidad Pontificia Católica de Chile.
