Michelle has appeared before all levels of Court and various administrative tribunals. She has represented employers in wrongful dismissal cases, collective bargaining negotiations, and human rights matters. Michelle enjoys the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her clients, and act as a trusted advisor on challenging employment-related issues.
Michelle is an instructor in Cape Breton University’s School of Arts and Social Sciences. She also serves on a number of boards including: Talbot House, the Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design, and the Nova Scotia Talent Trust.
