L. Mabel Arroyo is a Shareholder at Baker Donelson and a member of the firm's Global Immigration Group. She assists businesses and individuals with a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, compliance issues, and administrative proceedings.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mabel understands the complexities of U.S. immigration law and proactively helps businesses and individuals navigate corporate immigration matters. She counsels manufacturers, health care organizations, and other employers on immigration-related issues and represents clients in proceedings before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Embassies and Consulates throughout the world.
A native of Puerto Rico, Mabel has practiced immigration law in Tennessee since 1997. She regularly lectures throughout Middle Tennessee on immigration-related topics and frequently contributes articles on immigration law to Hispanic newspapers and other publications.
