Attorneys' Association “Gestors” acted as the legal advisor to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the employment project, consisting among other things, in provision of qualified advice on certain issues of Ukrainian and British labor law, drafting of necessary documents for termination of employment with the company’s employees, as well as establishment of employment relationship with the new employees, legal analysis and adjustment of separate internal documents of the company in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine etc.
The aforementioned legal services were provided by our lawyers Oksana Zakharchenko and Roman Len under the guidance of the partner Andriy Tsvyetkov.
