One of the well-known international IT companies - NetDocuments asked AA Gestors to assist in organization of its cooperation with Ukrainian IT specialist.
The Client was provided with legal advice on possible options for cooperation between a foreign company and Ukrainian programmer, taxation and intellectual property issues, as well as legal analysis of the contractor’s agreement with making necessary amendments therein.
