Michele Bignami advises both large multinational groups and local companies in all the industries on employment and industrial relation matters.
In light of the experience in the M&A sector, that was his predominant activity in his first part of his professional path, he is frequently involved in large transactional projects concerning collective labour restructuring procedures.
He is an expert on cross boarder cases and he defends management against all kind of actions including anti-dismissal and employment discrimination. He also advises his clients when it comes to hiring or termination of Managing Directors and other top executives. As a licensed specialist for labour law admitted to the Supreme Courts, he represents his clients in Court proceedings nationwide.
Michele Bignami studied law at the University of Law in MIlan, at the University of London (QMC), Center for Commercial Law Studies and the Bocconi University, School of Management Law (SDA), after having worked as deputy GC in an Uk based Engineering Company for several years.
He leads focus groups, composed by academics and business operators, on the consequence of the increasing development of the new technologies in the workplace.
