At ADVANT Beiten she advises on all employment law issues (individual and collective), but focusses on cross border employment and immigration law (postings/ employer of records/ transfers/ residence titles/ work permissions) involving Germany and other countries. Furthermore, she advises on corporate transactions (Due Diligence / post-transaction steps) as well on corporate co-determination in corporate matrix structures.
