Mario Pasco is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group, who specializes in labour consulting and proceedings. He earned his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and is considered an expert on collective bargaining, litigation, and general labor consultancy.
Mario is member of the Peruvian Labor Law and Social Security Society and of the Labor Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He was previously an advisor at the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court. He teaches Collective Bargaining at the Universidad del Pacífico, and formerly taught labor taxation at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and labor law at its Bussiness School, as well as at the Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados (ESAN), and at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
He has published several articles in both legal magazines and collective books.
