Esteban Baquero is a Senior Associate with Pérez Bustamante & Ponce (PBP). He has extensive experience in labor and social security matters, both in the administrative and judicial phases, advising national and foreign clients in the full range of activities, from business planning to its liquidation or sale.
Esteban participates and leads labor, civil and contentious-administrative litigation, as well as national and international arbitrations under UNCITRAL, ICC, ICSID, CIAC rules, among others. Currently, he is arbitration secretary of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce and has been an adjunct professor in the Oral Litigation Department of the San Francisco de Quito University.
