Camila joined Marval O'Farrell Mairal in 2017 through the firm’s trainee program. After a one-and-a-half-year rotation through the Corporate Law, M&A and Banking departments, she obtained a permanent position in the labor department. Her practice in the firm focuses on full employment advice for multinational and local corporations, management of labor aspects of due diligence processes, drafting and reviewing reports, memorandums, labor contracts, termination agreements, service agreements, programs for HR managers and in-house counsel. She also provides assistance in employment terminations, reorganizations and restructuring, massive dismissals, and voluntary retirement, among others.
She graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2016 and completed a master’s Program on Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina. In 2021, she attended Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago as an international exchange student.
