Beijing guidelines limit employee rights to reinstatement
Employers gained significant rights as a result of guidelines jointly issued by the Beijing High People’s Court and the Beijing Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission. Arbitration tribunals and lower courts are expected to follow the guidelines, which were issued and took effect on April 24, 2017.
