Sinforoso “Rossi” Tolentino is an of counsel in the firm’s Guam office. He concentrates his practice on business law with an emphasis on structuring business entities. Rossi has represented a wide range of business organizations, in both private transactions and before federal and state administrative agencies. He has delivered guest lectures on basic business law for the small business owner, and has reviewed and critiqued a presentation for the annual U.O.G. Small Business Symposium. He represents employers in negotiating agreements for managerial employees, executives and employee sharing arrangements. as we;; as in negotiating independent contractor agreements. Rossi also provides immigration services for employers and individuals seeking permanent and temporary residence in the United States, including intra-company transfers, trader and investors visas, specialty occupation visas, temporary workers petitions and permanent residence, CNMI transition visas.
