The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a new I-9 Form on March 8. The revised form - which is now two pages long - has improved instructions, an updated layout and new data fields. Click here for a printer-friendly version of the I-9.

Employers should begin using the newly revised I-9 Form for all new hires and reverifications. As of today, May 7, 2013, employers can no longer use the prior version of the Form.
