Francis has over 10 years of experience in the legal profession. She specializes in the Dispute Resolution, Labor & Employment and Real Estate and Hospitality.
In Labor & Employment, she has assisted international companies in obtaining the approval of their internal work regulations, as well as in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Francis joined BLP as an associate in 2014, after working as a lawyer at BAC Nicaragua for five years. In addition, she served as the Legal Manager of the pawn shop PRISA, as well as Of Counsel of the micro finance institution of Programa de Ayuda y Reconstrucción en Cristo (CRADHC). She also has served as an Analyst of the Goods and Services Procurement and Bidding Project of the Nicaraguan Culture Institute, and as counsel in deregulation and administrative simplification procedures for the Ministry of Development, Industries, and Commerce of Nicaragua.
Francis graduated from Universidad Centroamericana of Nicaragua in 2005, and has a Diploma in Public Procurement and Rules of the IADB and the WB from Universidad Americana (UAM) since 2006, and a Diploma in Business Administration for Lawyers from INCAE Business School since 2011. Francis also has a Diploma in Labor Law since May 2015 and a Diploma in New Procedural Law Regulations since June 2016.
Francis is based in Carazo, Nicaragua.
