Dr Daniel Hund is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT‘s Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. He advises management on European and German labour and employment law. His work includes restructuring projects, such as collective dismissals, outsourcings and work force reorganization, as well as collective bargaining, complex negotiations with unions and workers' councils and on data privacy questions in the employment relationship. He is an expert on cross boarder cases and defends management against all kind of actions including anti-dismissal and employment discrimination. Moreover, he advises his clients when it comes to hiring or termination of Managing Directors and other top executives. As a licensed specialist for labour law he represents his clients in court and arbitration proceedings nationwide.
Dr Daniel Hund studied law at the University of Heidelberg (First State Exam) and New York University, School of Law (Master of Laws / LL.M.), after having worked as a banker for several years. In addition, he received a Doctor of Laws from the University of Heidelberg on his thesis about collective labour law issues. Since 2010 he has been with BEITEN BURKHARDT and became Partner in 2014.
