Some of the key findings include:

  • Overall, general counsel are upbeat about their companies' economic prospects for 2015.
  • General counsel are adapting to the tighter legal budgets imposed on them in recent years.
  • 40% see international expansion as a driver of growth.
  • One in four sees cyber attack and rising health care costs as growing concerns.
