Mr. Tsvyetkov obtained his master degree in law from the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv in 2000. Four years later, he earned a Ph.D from National Law Academy of Ukraine, named after Yaroslav Mydriy, Kharkiv, in the Theory of Administration; Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; and Informational Law.
During 2006-2012 Mr. Tsvyetkov has been a director and managing partner of Law Firm AS Consulting, LLC. In 2012 he and his team has become the part of Attorneys' Association Gestors.
Mr. Tsvyetkov has wide experience in handling of all kinds of law issues, in addition to the labor law. He is particularly good at the following practice areas: EU, antitrust and competition law, banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, litigation and arbitration. In particular, he has advised various companies on different aspects of the purchase and sale of corporate rights and securities, ownership issues and corporate management, due diligence.
Prior to the founding of Law Firm AS Consulting, LLC, during2004-2005, Mr. Tsvyetkov has been the head of the legal department in a major investment and securities trader company, CJSC "ITT-Invest." Previously, from 2000-2004, he held positions ranging from attorney to project manager on corporate management of food industry enterprises in a leading Ukrainian law firm -- Salkom. Overall, Mr. Tsvyetkov began his practice as a leading advisor in the department of the International Cooperation and Legal Assistance in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, 1999-2000.
Mr. Tsvyetkov is an active member of the following organizations: Ukrainian Bar Association, Kyiv Region Bar Association, Arbitration Court of the First Securities Trading System, International Bar Association. He is also listed as a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 (EMEA 2008 and Legal 500 European US Edition 2008).
Mr. Tsvyetkov is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
