Dr Michaela Felisiak is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. She advises national and international clients and businesses on all issues of the German and European social-security law and labour law. Among other things, she focuses her work on providing legal advice on cross-border matters. In this context she advises on all labour and social security law issues in connection with cross-border employee assignments (secondments / transfers / leasing of employees to or from foreign countries to Germany).
Dr Michaela Felisiak studied law at the Universities of Augsburg and Würzburg (First State Examina-tion) and at the University of Bern (Master of Law / LL.M.; with a focus on European Commercial Law). She obtained her doctoral degree on issues of cross-border transfer of business at the University of Augsburg. She was admitted to the German bar in 2010 and worked with the commercial law office Görg and as as lawyer with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2015 and became Partner in 2019.
