Parvathy Tharamel is a Counsel working in the Labour and Employment practice group at Trilegal with experience in advising clients on: compensation and employee benefits, internal investigations and disciplinary proceedings, prevention of sexual harassment, business transfers, employee separations, future of work, workplace diversity, restrictive covenants, immigration, anti-discrimination laws, and other labour aspects ranging from recruitment to cessation of employment.
Ms. Tharamel also works with clients in structuring agreements and policies, strategizing communications to employees and regulators, effective management of performance issues, M&A/outsourcing/insourcing transactions with significant employee movements, engagement of contract workers and independent consultants, measures to mitigate regularization claims, remote working arrangements and COVID-19 related compliances to ensure business continuity, post-incorporation compliances, designing compliance checklists, employee trainings and much more.
She was admitted to the State Bar Council of Karnataka.
