Trisha’s practice focuses on labor and employment law, drawing on her background as a human resources professional, which includes experience in recruitment, training and benefits administration.

Trisha’s previous experience also includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven S. Alm in the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawai`i; Hearings Officer for the State of Hawai`i Department of Public Safety, where she presided over due process hearings for disciplinary actions for unionized employees; and extern at the State of Hawai`i Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board.
